by A special event of the 4th China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, the China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum will be held on June 13th, 2025, 09:30 AM – 11:30 AM (Beijing Time) at Hall 6, Star District, Changsha International Convention Center, Hunan Province. With a theme of Uniting China-Africa Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forces to Promote Youth Development the event will promote exchanges and cooperation among China-Africa youth in the field of innovation and entrepreneurship, implement the Beijing Action Plan, and advance China-Africa economic and trade cooperation.
The event is organised by People’s Government of Hunan Province, Ministry of Commerce, and hosted by Administration Committee of Hunan Xiangjiang New Area.

Event Format
The event will be conducted offline, featuring leadership speeches, project presentations, and thematic dialogues. It aims to
facilitate exchanges around the forum’s theme and related issues, achieving the event’s goals (Includes signing ceremonies, tea
breaks, and business talks).
Main Contents:
China-Africa Youth Project Exhibition Area :A dedicated exhibition area will be set up at the venue,
featuring videos on China-Africa youth innovation and entrepreneurship bases displayed on TV screens, as well as project
information and profiles showcased through printed display boards. This will highlight the impact and influence of China-Africa youth projects.
Event Program
- Screening of China-Africa Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship promotional video (5 minutes) and Leadership speeches (35 minutes)
Representatives from African countries’ youth-related government departments and Hunan leaders will share their insights
and visions for China-Africa youth development, as well as experiences in driving industry growth through policy, talent, and
innovation advantages. - Award ceremony for “China-Africa Youth Project Ambassadors” (10 minutes)
Experts and institutions with significant influence in China- Africa youth project cooperation, including those in investment
attraction, industry guidance, project implementation, and financial services, will be invited to serve as “China-Africa Youth Project Ambassadors” to promote the implementation of China-Africa youth projects. - China-Africa Youth Project Signing Ceremony (10 minutes): High-quality China-Africa projects will be selected for signing cooperation agreements, with incubators or institutions from key African countries (including Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Algeria, Ghana, etc.) being invited to participate.
- China-Africa Youth Dialogue (60 minutes): Round 1: Dialogue among China-Africa youth project incubators, focusing on challenges and difficulties in the development of China-Africa youth projects and how to promote cooperation between Chinese and African youth. Representatives from Chinese and African incubators, investment institutions, and experts will be invited to share their insights. Round 2: Themed “Technology Empowering China-Africa Youth Development,” this session will feature exchanges between representative young entrepreneurs from China and Africa

Scale: 30 participants
Representatives of China-Africa innovation and entrepreneurship youth will visit three enterprises in the new area, focusing on smart manufacturing, new materials, new energy, and health sectors. This will actively promote international expansion for local enterprises and facilitate cooperation with African markets.
