by On May, 15-16, 2025, the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance will host the II BRICS Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum in Moscow, Russia.
The Forum, will convene over 2000 entrepreneurs, government officials and experts from more than 30 countries to discuss new opportunities and challenges in the context of advancing women entrepreneurship in the expanding BRICS space.
The main theme of the Forum is cooperation between businesses from the BRICS nations and regions including Africa, Middle East & North Africa, Latin America & The Caribbean, Asia-Pacific and the CIS. Discussions will cover crucial areas such as trade, finance, investment, industry, digitalization, innovation, energy, infrastructure, sustainable development, creative industries, tourism, healthcare, and food security, with particular emphasis on youth engagement. Furthermore, the Forum program includes business breakfasts with New Development Bank and leading Russian banks, B2B meetings, pitch sessions of the winners of the 2024 BRICS Women’s Startup Contest, signing ceremony of agreements and MOUs, workshops and masterclasses on business management, as well as film screening of short films made in the BRICS countries.
